Shipping companies are out of our control – unfortunately they can lose or miss-deliverer parcels, please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 weeks of your order date if you have not yet received your parcel. If the goods are to be rejected; the Customer shall comply with the return procedure FIFTY7KIND will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the return procedure.
The Customer must follow the returns policy set out above. This requires emailing FIFTY7KIND email@example.com to notify their intention to return any goods, including the reason for return
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery of the products. The Customer must notify FIFTY7KIND within 2 days of delivery and return the product to FIFTY7KIND within 7 days of returns approval before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial credit (full credit of the goods less any postage costs occurred by FIFTY7KIND. FIFTY7KIND do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Cancellations are not accepted unless due to a defect or discrepancy and are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure outlined above.
Within 2 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact FIFTY7KIND in writing via the contact details and, following which, they must be returned to us within 7 days of you telling us you have changed your mind. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to FIFTY7KIND. FIFTY7KIND will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct the full retail amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any credit will be made within 7 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products. In the case the item is returned in an unsellable condition the customer bears the cost of the return back to them

We are paying over HALF the shipping costs for you, by offering flat rate world wide express shipping.

- We are happy to send our products to our international customers, but please note that FIFTY7KIND are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties/import fees charged by your country.
- When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date.
- Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package.
- In case you or your customs entry port refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for shipping charges to return the products back to FIFTY7KIND.

We are happy to send orders however, will not be charging VAT/TAX and duties at the point of sale.
CUSTOMS CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Important: Ordering outside of Australia will give rise to customs and import duties.
These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own countries legislation.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to FIFTY7KIND. If this is the case there will be a processing fee of $20 deducted from your refund in addition to the shipping costs incurred to send the package to you and the shipping costs to be return to FIFTY7KIND. Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
It is your responsibility to pay VAT and or duties imposed by your Country before or at the time of delivery should your package be held / stopped by customs. Please appreciate you are not charged Australian tax (GST) on your purchase already saving 10%!
Due to the very high cost of our ingredients and the labour-intensive time requirement, small-batch production involves, FIFTY7KIND are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened products. All FIFTY7KIND products are offered in a (small) size for purchase, enabling you to buy a sample (small) first to ensure that the product suits your skin; and perfect for you to undertake a skin patch test prior to full use of the product.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We do not accept returns on sale items. Again we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
We can not provide refunds to customers whose parcel has been returned to sender. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for redelivery or to pick up their parcel from their local post/sorting/Courier Company office if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your order number and email address so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorisation.
FIFTY7KIND is not reasonable for individual reactions or irritations a product may cause, we strongly advise you undertake a skin patch test prior to use, we encourage you thoroughly read the ingredients list on the product page on our website to ensure the ingredients are safe for you to use.
FIFTY7KIND does not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays.
