Shipping companies are out of our control – unfortunately they can loose or miss-deliverer parcels, please notify us via email email@example.com within 4 weeks of your order date if you have not yet received your parcel.

- We are happy to send our products to our international customers, but please note that FIFTY7KIND are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties/import fees charged by your country.
- When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date.
- Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package.
- In case you or your customs entry port refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for shipping charges to return the products back to FIFTY7KIND.
